Welcome to the Terrestrial Nature Foundation (TNF) – a new nonprofit organization dedicated to safeguarding Bonaire’s unique terrestrial ecosystems.
Our mission
TNF was created to address the urgent need for land conservation on Bonaire.
Important natural areas like the middle terrace and Rooi Sangu hold exceptional ecological value, yet they currently lack active management. These areas face threats from overgrazing and development.
TNF aims to fill this critical gap — providing dedicated protection and stewardship for Bonaire’s land-based nature, complementing the work of existing parks and expanding the island’s overall conservation impact.
